Prof Sitaraman is currently senior Vice President and Professor of Management at Amity University, NOIDA, India. He is a multi-faceted personality and has also been entrusted with responsibilities of Student’s Welfare at Amity.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, and Diploma in marketing management from Institute of Public Enterprises, Hyderabad and Diploma in Managerial Economics from IIM – Ahmedabad. He has been a Visiting Professor at IIM Calcutta and IIM Kozhikode besides being a full time faculty at XLRI Jamshedpur.
Prof. Sitaraman’s work experience also includes CEO’s position at All India Manufacturers Organization, Mumbai and Economic Advisor to Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), Govt. of India, Consultant –HR at TATA Consultancy Services. He has lectured extensively at several forums in India and overseas.
He has lectured at The United Nations Organization (UNO), International Centre for Public Enterprises at Caracas and Asian Productivity Organization at Tokyo.
In his own words, the work experience that he has earned can be described as T.R.A.C.T (Teaching, Research, Administration, Consultancy and Training). He has a great passion of working with young students at schools and colleges and connects with enthusiasm with young people.
Dr Saini is a highly qualified Human Resource Management professional with corporate experience of over four decades in the best of companies including Dabur India Ltd and Eisai Pharmaceuticals, a Japanese MNC. He retired from Eisai in December 2014 as Associate Vice President – Organization Talent Management and Legal ; is now based at Melbourne in Australia.

His expertise and core strengths lie in the fields of Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Management consultancy, Global HR Initiatives involving global mobility, inclusion & diversity, shared leadership and performance management. He is a certified Thomas Profiling Consultant and Synapsys Professional Interpretive Assessment Practitioner. He is acknowledged for his expertise in the analysis of functional and behavioral training needs of large work groups. He was instrumental in raising engagement level to record 95% in Eisai's India Operations.
His impressive academic achievements include Master’s Degrees in Political Science, Public Administration and Management in addition to Law Graduation. He earned his Doctorate in HRM (Employee Engagement for Organizational Effectiveness ) and is a Certified Professional Member of Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) besides being Life Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India. He proudly steered activities of their Punjab Chapter as it's Chairman and Vice-Chairman for many years. He also is a qualified YOGA teacher who taught Yoga to Andhra Police and was President of Yog Samiti, Chandigarh, India.
Dr Saini has been the Co-Chairman of National HRD Committee of NIPM, India and has also contributed immensely to the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Directorate of Technical Education- Punjab, Gitam University and Punjab University to take forward their initiatives for Industry-Institute interaction as industry representative. Furthering the HR profession on the global front, he signed an MOU with AHRI in Melbourne in 2009 and implemented it thereafter as NIPM representative.
Dr. Ganesh Kumraj is currently the Managing Director at BioBridge Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd, Pune.. He is a Post graduate in Industrial Microbiology from University of Pune and Doctorate in Life Sciences from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has over 24 years of experience and has worked at various senior level positions in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry. He has handled key positions in quality and operations management; handling responsibilities in Technology Transfer, Scale-up and optimization, Corporate Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validations, Production and Project Management functions. He has experience of development, scale-up and commercial scale manufacturing of several products ranging from recombinant Vaccines, traditional vaccines, polysaccharide conjugate vaccines, hormones and blood derived products. He has had successful careers earlier in Govt of India institutions such as Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Mumbai and National Facility for Animal Tissue and Cell Culture, Pune. He has been empanelled on the List of NRA experts by WHO, Geneva. Dr. Kumraj is active on the Speaker circuit and has lectured worldwide besides training for officials of the Regulatory Authority in countries like India, Thailand and Vietnam. Anupam is an accomplished blues guitar player in India and has been playing since 1980 and has been in the top 12 in India the prestigious Levis’ Great Indian Rock 2002 besides being a national finalist in 1996. He has married his in-depth understanding of genesis of music and sound with his close understanding of corporate needs to offer path breaking modules for people development in organizations, aural branding and designing projects / community development for business networking.
PProjects developed by him have been international case studies covered by the Audio Branding Journal, Germany and was one of the top 10 shortlisted case studies in the world at the Audio Branding Congress held at Oxford in December 2012.
Anupam is a thought leader, key note speaker, facilitator, music educator, producer, trained Life Coach and has done a foundation programme in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
He often travels to speak at various forums. Some of his recent speaking assignments have been at Alt Del, 'Art of Business and the Business of Art Conference' at the Singapore Management University, ' Creating the Future-Innovation and the Global Challenge Conference' at the Singapore Management University among many others.

Anupam spends his free time exploring cultures through culinary skills and photography that has taken him into the depths of Himalayas to Abydoss in Egypt. He is currently working on an album and finalizing the script of his debutante book on various applications of music and sound as an author besides his album.

A National Science Talent Scholar, Mr Vijay Simha graduated from BITS Pilani in 1979 with an Honours Degree in Biological Sciences. Having worked as the CEO for over 15 years in the analytical equipments, biotechnology, semiconductor, precision machining and factory automation domains; he is currently engaged as an investor and mentor for a bunch of start-ups in medical technology.

As a passionate evangelist for inclusive innovation, he has been associated with a number of translational research organizations and incubators.

A medical graduate from India’s premier Institution, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Dr Sethi was a research fellow at the University of Dusseldorf, Germany and at the University of Heidelberg. She has over 30 publications in German and international medical journals.

Her academic accolades include a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, Federal Licensure at UCLA (FLEX) and is a specialist in Learning Disabilities.
She is a German National who spends most of her time in Chandigarh where she is involved with several NGOs and Educational Institutions.
She is available (with prior appointment) at the Synapsys Facility in Chandigarh for specialist counseling. She will also advise on enriching the Doors Synapsys DMIA Tool and in setting up an Academy of Counseling at Chandigarh.
She is a Counselor to several private schools in Chandigarh on Intelligence Growth and Learning abilities of children & adolescents.
She is also an advocate of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences & Dermatoglyphics.
With over 2 decades of industry experience in the domains of OD, learning and development, content management and instructional design, Rashmi Datt facilitates individual and organizational development. She heads Dialog Services, a Training and Organization Development firm, which provides interventions to Corporates as well as Govt Organizations.

Her purpose is to help connect both individuals and organizations with their positive core (their best of best) and thus reach their preferred and articulated future.
A thinker and writer in the world of managing your own thoughts, emotions and behaviour, she has authored two books: “Managing Your Boss”, which was translated into two foreign languages- Mandarin and bahasa Indonesia; and “And the Lion Smiled at the Rabbit- Manage Emotions to Win”, which has received excellent reviews in media, and has been awarded the best management book of the year by ISTD.
She received her post-graduation in Management from BITS Pilani, in 1984, after which she worked for 8 years with Pfizer, Mumbai before starting Dialog Services. She is a qualified MBTI trainer from Association for Psychological Type (APT), USA.
